ABOUT US Metropolitan Chamber Orchestra was founded in February 1979 by a group of amateur musicians who wanted to play chamber music. We have since grown from our initial chamber size to a fullblown symphony orchestra and our repertoire has expanded accordingly. Membership is open to musicians in Central Ohio with a desire to create great music.
