THE PURPOSE OF THE MID-HUDSON ROAD RUNNERS CLUB IS TO PROMOTE INTEREST AND PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORTS OF TRACK AND FIELD AND DISTANCE RUNNING, BOTH ON A RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE LEVEL, AND TO SPONSOR COMPETITIVE MEETS, INFORMAL (NON-COMPETITIVE) MEETS, OPEN AND AGE-GROUP RUNS, AND OTHER EVENTS FOR TRACK ENTHUSIASTS OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES.
