The Philharmonic of Southern New Jersey is an 80-piece orchestra formed in 1991 to provide quality classical music to people throughout southern New Jersey and the Delaware Valley. For concert and ticket info, see www.psnj.org or call (856) 779-2600. To provide a symphony orchestra in which talented volunteer musicians will have the opportunity to play quality music to the best of their ability under the leadership of a professional (paid) conductor/music director. The intent of the orchestra is to share the musical experience with the playing members and the community at large, benefiting performers and audience.
