IS AN ALL VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO THE CONSERVATION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ITS CONVERSION TO A LINEAR PARK AND A 21 MILE RECREATIONAL TRAIL SUPPORTING BICYCLING, RUNNING, WALKING, WILDLIFE CONSERVATION AND OBSERVATION, HORSEBACK RIDING AND OTHER PUBLIC USES. THE TRAIL PROVIDES AN OFF-ROAD, NON-MOTORIZED PATHWAY THAT IS LEVEL AND ACCESSIBLE FOR CHILDREN, SENIOR CITIZENS AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS AS WELL AS THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
