The Midlands Housing Trust Fund is a non-profit that works to create and preserve quality, affordable housing in the Midlands region of South Carolina. The organization will create and preserve the stock of affordable housing in the Central Midlands region of South Carolina through financing and technical assistance of affordable housing projects The organization is a regional housing trust fund with the functions and duties in keeping with the requirementsof the William C Mescher Local Housing Trust Fund Act
