ALL PARENTS OF SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST FOUR CLASSES DURING THE COURSE OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. TOPICS COVERED RANGE FROM FINANCIAL EDUCATION TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION TO TUTORING SERVICES AVAILABLE.
