On May 15, we held our annual Edwin Forrest Day New York celebration for the Fund’s most committed supporters and also honored Shakespeare’s 461st birthday! Special guest Andrea Martin delighted the audience with a performance of an Elizabethan song (accompanied by a lute player), and she selected a guest out of the crowd to read a scene from The Merry Wives of Windsor with her. It was a treat for all in attendance! We’re so grateful to our Edwin Forrest Society members who have decided to leave a legacy gift to the Fund.
