Our mission is to serve as a collective parent organization coordinating the people-power and resources of our member congregations and individuals to provide effective outreach to homeless people in our county.

Interfaith Homeless Outreach Council Serving New Jerseys Unhoused Men for Over 30 Years Transforming Through life skills classes job seeking support and intensive drug and alcohol counseling IHOC helps participants transition to employment and are guided into secure and permanent housing. Mentor outings and expanding partnerships aim to provide ongoing support while case management guides individuals towards housing stability. Volunteering IHOCs volunteer initiatives like AdoptABox and PackASack aim to provide essential personal care items and school supplies to those in need. These programs offer a simple way for community members to make a direct impact in the lives of less fortunate individuals.
