The Evanston Wilmette Golf Course Association, which manages the public golf course known as Canal Shores, is celebrating its 100-year Anniversary this year. To lay the groundwork for sustaining Canal Shores and all it offers to the Evanston and Wilmette communities for the next 100 years, the Board of Directors has identified three areas of emphasis as its mission: 1) Golf Course and Recreational Sustainability; 2) Ecological and Habitat Renovation; and 3) Continued Youth Development.
