Conference of Western Wayne | The Governing Voice for 700,000 Wayne County Residents The Conference of Western Wayne The Governing Voice for 730000 Wayne County Residents The Conference of Western Wayne A consortium of 18 western Wayne County communities which meet monthly to discuss issues of common interest. The CWW Board of Directors is Made up of the chief elected officials from each of the 18 member communities. This bipartisan Board works collectively to discuss mutual issues share information and generally improve the quality of life for the nearly 730000 residents who live in the area. Conference of Western Wayne Communities The CWW communities are the Cities of Belleville Dearborn Dearborn Heights Garden City Inkster Livonia Northville Plymouth Romulus Wayne and Westland and the Townships of Canton Huron Northville Plymouth Redford Sumpter and Van Buren.
