Home Events About Us Dare To Dream More Thank You for 25 Years. providing support to children and young adults whose lives have been affected by serious illness or loss The Young Hearts Foundation was honored to be a winner of Southwest Airlines39 One Million Acts of Kindness One Million Dollars of Thanks contest. We have been gifting the awarded travel passes to seriously ill patients who would benefit from a visit from a loved one. After all sometimes the best medicine is having loved ones nearby.
