Ray Susan Kelley had a radical experience with God andimmediately were compelled to go back to those that they used to be and help as many as possible find freedom hope and a new life. It all started on North St 15 years ago in a little yellow building on the corner the original outreach center. Ray Susan took the 7 people that attended their first meeting home with them that night and their discipleship program the 2820 project began.
