Color Me EmpoweredInspiring children engaging community through art. Our Mission Color Me Empowered was organized in 2008 by Kristen E. Rice an art teacher at Polk Elementary in Dallas ISD. We work with schoolaged children in outofschooltime and inschool programs in the Dallas area.
