Trooper came to us 3 years ago and he definitely lives up to his name. He was attacked by what was believed to be a wild animal and was treated and lived at a local veterinarians office for about 8 months. When he came to us his body was healed but he suffered from extreme levels of fear and anxiety. He was completely scared of the world and of us. We could tell he was a sweet boy who just wanted to love and be loved. He slowly made progress with us and started to trust. He went into a foster home who was so patient and understanding of Troopers special needs. Since going into foster care Trooper has made such amazing progress. He’s enjoying spending time with his doggie friends, doing training sessions and just hanging out. Troopers foster dad has now officially adopted him and made him a part of his family FOREVER!!!
