Cincinnati Bar Association The Cincinnati Bar Association serves Greater Cincinnatis attorneys and the community as a whole with a variety of services including education for attorneys registration and certification for notaries public and recourse for clients who wish to file a grievance against a lawyer. In addition the CBA connects the public to lawyers with the Lawyer Referral Service. The CBA serves the business community with its own arbitration service featuring local attorneys with arbitration expertise.
