Con Vivo, a collective of some of the areas finest musicians, brings the communal spirit of chamber music to diverse audiences of all ages in the Jersey City and NYC metropolitan areas providing free concerts and educational opportunities in parks, schools and community spaces.

JC Fridays East Meets West Orientalism in Classical Music Join CVM for JC Fridays. CVM presents East Meets West a piano trio concert exploring Orientalism in classical music. From Mozart to Debussy composers have used a compositional style labelled Orientalism to invoke exoticism and the other. Join us for a program that explores this relationship through music by Ryuichi Sakamoto Japanese Yiruma South Korean and Melanie Helne Bonis French and more alongside arrangements of traditional Asian folk music.
