We are a non-profit, Michigan-based company providing health plans for everyone, and dedicated to enhancing the lives of those we touch. TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH STATUS OF THE RESIDENTS IN ALL OF THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGH INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE COVERAGE WITH AN EMPHASIS ON PREVENTATIVE CARE AS WELL AS OUTREACH PROGRAMS TO THE COMMUNITIES AIMED AT ENHANCING AND PROMOTING HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES.
