We are a private notforprofit corporation established in 1966 under the Economic Opportunity Act as part of President Johnsons War on Poverty. PROGRAMS SERVICES CWCAC operates a variety of state and federal programs to assist lowincome families in becoming selfsufficient and to help our communities grow and prosper. PROGRAMS SERVICES CWCAC OFFICES CWCAC serves the five counties of Adams Columbia Dodge Juneau and Sauk.
