We are a private notforprofit corporation established in 1966 under the Economic Opportunity Act as part of President Johnsons War on Poverty. PROGRAMS SERVICES CWCAC operates a variety of state and federal programs to assist lowincome families in becoming selfsufficient and to help our communities grow and prosper.
