TO PROVIDE MULTIPLE SOCIAL SERVICE ACTIVITIES TO ALL CITY OF SYRACUSE RESIDENTS, ALTHOUGH OPERATIONS ARE GEARED TO SERVE PRIMARILY THOSE RESIDENTS OF THE NEAR SOUTHWEST SIDE OF THE CITY.
