(BCAP) is a private, non-profit social service agency established in 1965 to serve the low-income population of Burlington County. TO FUND PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE HOUSING AND SUPPORT TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES AND TO FUND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS BENEFITING LOW INCOME CHILDREN.
