🎉NCPERS Annual Conference & Exhibition (ACE) wrapped up with powerful insights on investment stewardship, data strategy, credit innovation, and asset protection—rounding out an energizing and forward-looking conference. NCPERS' Hank Kim moderated panelist, John Dorsa ( Teachers' Retirement System of the City of New York ), Monique King-Viehland, and Dave Wallack (For the Long Term) as they explored the Responsible Property Managers Standards (RPMS), a framework balancing housing affordability with fiduciary responsibility. Jason Todd (Linea Solutions) made the case for building a data-driven culture in pension operations. He shared governance practices and real-world examples that improve efficiency, enable automation, and enhance decision-making. In the credit panel moderated by Chris Tessman (Wilshire), Michael Green (Simplify) and Jason Kezelman (Schroders) shared innovative strategies including Asset-Based Finance and quality-junk factor hedging. Attendees learned how to structure resilient, return-seeking credit allocations. Neil Olympio (L&G – Asset Management, America) presented a cross-asset approach to enhancing credit liquidity. His strategy aims to reduce rebalancing costs, increase capital efficiency, and better reflect tactical portfolio views. Jonathan Saidel (The Rosen Law Firm) closed the day with a session on loss recovery.
