Homeland Park Community Watch - Safety Through Community Engagement | Homeland Park Community Watch Welcome to Homeland Park Community Watch Established in November 2014 by Walter Lanier and Kenneth Swilling the Homeland Park Community Watch HPCW aims to foster the development of community watch groups across Homeland Park uniting them into one cohesive entity. This collaborative approach enables residents to stay informed about local crime occurrences and enhances communication within the community. HPCW actively collaborates with various groups and encourages citizens to partner with the Anderson County Sheriffs Office to combat crime effectively. Additionally HPCW works alongside local law enforcement to develop rules and guidelines for implementing successful community watch programs.
