Free Medical Flights for Patients with Patient Airlift Services

Patient AirLift Services arranges free air transportation based on need to individuals requiring medical care and for other humanitarian purposes. Patient AirLift Services (PALS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable aviation organization. Our mission is to connect the charitable aviation community to people in need. We arrange free air transportation for individuals requiring medical diagnosis, treatment or follow-up, for compassionate assistance, for military personnel/family requests through the PALS for Patriots Program, or for humanitarian purposes through the PALS Sky Hope Disaster Relief Program.
