COMMERCIAL REVITALIZATION EFFORTS TO ABATE SLUM AND BLIGHTED CONDITIONS ALONG 6TH AVENUE CORRIDOR BY DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING STREETSCAPES, STREET BANNERS, PUBLIC EVENTS AND PUBLIC ART ALONG THE 6TH AVENUE CORRIDOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY OF DES MOINES, IOWA METRO CENTER URBAN RENEWAL PLAN.
