GABRIEL PROJECT OF WEST VIRGINIA
The Gabriel Project of WV is an independent, community-based nonprofit social services organization. We are faith-based, but ecumenical. Our mission is immediate, compassionate and practical assistance for low-income families with children two years of age and under. We provide such baby necessities as cribs, car seats, diapers, formula, clothing and other items. We also offer emotional support, distribute information about baby care, and make referrals to other community resources for families with complex needs. Gabriel Project services are available without discrimination to all families in need with young children. Services are provided by trained volunteers working from church sites of various denominational affiliations.

We are unique in our interfaith structure of churches and dedicated volunteers who are committed to providing compassionate immediate tangible assistance. Through a package of diapers a can of formula warm clothing other baby essentials emotional support andor basic child care information it is gratifying to see infants thriving from our important work.
