TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC OF THE HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE AND CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE IRISH COMMUNITY WHO SETTLED IN THE HISTORIC CHURCH HILL AREA OF RICHMOND, VA. THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED BY HOLDING A PUBLIC FESTIVAL CELEBRATING THE IRISH CULTURE AND SHOWCASING THE HISTORY OF CHURCH HILL. ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DISBURSED TO SUPPORT OTHER 501(c)(3) ORGANIZATIONS.
