The Tampa Bay Super Bowl Xliii Host Committee, Inc. ("TBSBHC") is a not-for-profit organization located in Tampa, Florida, incorporated to serve as the local organizing committee to promote, organize, support and produce national football league ("NFL") Super Bowl Xliii to be played February 1, 2009 in the Tampa Bay area, for the purpose of generating economic development within the Tampa Bay area.
