The Timothy School/TIM Academy has been training professionals in the application of Structured Teaching for over 25 years. This intensive program offers practical hands-on experience for educators, therapists, and parents who work with students on the autism spectrum. The Timothy School/TIM Academy advocates for the use of evidence-based methods, including Structured Teaching, ABA, and Functional Communication Systems. Our Structured Teaching workshop encourages professionals to understand and assess the characteristics of autism for each student, then develop instructional strategies to support and promote learning. Additionally, participants will receive an overview of Structured Teaching strategies and the opportunity to experience these strategies in action by working directly with students of different ages and developmental levels in a demonstration classroom. Spaces are limited and filling quickly!
