Improving the lives of children in need one child at a time The Dorothy B. Hersh Foundation The Dorothy B. Hersh Foundation is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of underprivileged handicapped and special needs children in the New Jersey area. The Foundation awards grants to qualifying organizations supporting capital expenditure programs and projects such as building improvements specialized transportation vehicles specialized equipment and the physical property needs of these children in terms of brick and mortar projects.
