Coast Builders Coalition Coast Builders Coalition The Coast Builders Coalition is a nonprofit trade association comprised of private sector companies in the business of restoring and protecting the Gulf Coast. Natural and manmade forces are regularly impacting the gulf coast shoreline. Billions of dollars have been allocated to repair this coastline and make it more resilient. The Coast Builders Coalition brings together leaders from the private and public sectors to promote an efficient and effective program to sustain the Gulf Coast.
