Gianna House Heat The House Winter brings joyful holidays and cold weather. Good and bad. In December 2022 just over a year ago a devastating flood wiped out all four floors of our beloved Gianna House Pregnancy Parenting Residence. Four young mothers and their babies were shuttled into our van as the Eastpointe Fire Department expertly remediated thousands of gallons of flood water from completely demolishing Gianna House GH.
