M.O.V.E 's Mission is to help youth, parents and teachers understand the connection between physical and mental health/ At MOVE, we believe in using physical fitness and group counseling to help our youth develop the skills to navigate the world ahead. Through physical activities and group counseling techniques, we help students develop the skills to resolve conflict, manage stress, and cope with issues that are prevalent in their lives.
