Sweet Cheeks arrived to rescue after 7 years in the breeding world. She arrived a couple of days ago and has not known the life we want so badly for her....she deserves all of the love and snuggles possible:) She is pictured here in an oxygen chamber. She is struggling and her little body needs extra support while we figure out what the heck is going on with her. The vet mentioned "fluid where it shouldn't be" and "spilling protein" and "there is no time to wait". Of course, we stand by this little lady. She has only been with us a couple of days...but we are her family ❤️ We continue to be hit with high medical expenses with many of our dogs. What else can we do...but to do our best. Oh sweet Fiora 💜 Check out this update from her foster family as she waits patiently to find her forever home- "Fiora, whose name means “little flower,” is just that. She is a one-year old Shepherd mix who loves life. She loves to be outside and lounge in the shade or on the front step. She loves to run, having only three feet does not slow her down. She loves car rides and is brave in every adventure. She also loves toys and laying at your feet. This girl is smart too! She has learned expectations quickly. She is fully potty trained and sleeps quietly in her kennel at night and while we are away. She gets along well with all people and with all dogs.
