The purpose of Teenagers In Charge is to help teens build self-esteem, heighten their cultural and community awareness and teach them how to take charge of their lives by way of field trips, community service and various hands-on activities.

ABOUT TIC Teenagers in Charge TIC is a nonprofit 501 c 3 organization structured and designed with a full agenda geared toward enhancing the lives of our youth ages 10 to 17 years old that reside inPhiladelphia. We will be celebrating 25 years of service in May. TIC hosts various community service projects at various locations mobile sites throughout the City of Philadelphia and surrounding counties. When in session TIC host 2 hours excluding holidaysand inclement weather.
