ABOUT TIC Teenagers in Charge TIC is a nonprofit 501 c 3 organization structured and designed with a full agenda geared toward enhancing the lives of our youth ages 10 to 17 years old that reside inPhiladelphia. We will be celebrating 25 years of service in May. TIC hosts various community service projects at various locations mobile sites throughout the City of Philadelphia and surrounding counties. When in session TIC host 2 hours excluding holidaysand inclement weather.
