If you're grieving the loss of a loved one, our Six Week Bereavement Support Group is here to help you find comfort, connection, and hope in the company of others who understand. Facilitated by Homeland Hospice Bereavement Counselors Noelle Valentine, MSW, LSW and Alexis Conkle, MSW, LSW this mutual aid group offers a space where strangers often leave as friends. Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions to receive the full benefit of the group.
