Unemployment is greater than 80 infrastructure is crumbling and many families cannot afford the tuition fees that keep government schools afloat. Reverend Noah Sibanda former District Superintendent of the Midlands District provided the inspiration for Noahs FARM. As Pastor Noah developed a program for training pastors to serve in new churches in remote rural areas Noahs FARM has come alongside in the city of Gweru and in these underserved communities to drill water wells construct simple multiuse personages develop gardens and other livelihood enterprises sponsor student scholarships promote literacy programs and host mobile medical clinics.
