DITR serves as a deterrent to gang violence, date rape, substance abuse, unwanted pregnancy and abuse that often lead to destructive cycles Diamond in the RAW devotedto empowering and transforming the lives of foster care & teen girls between the ages of 12-18.Within our program we primarily focus on three words: determination, dedicationand discipline. Through those three words, we provide learning and developmentopportunities designed around self worth, personal, academics, and careerplanning so that the next generations of executives are powerful, courageousand successful in society and business. We have a strong interest in jobdevelopment through the arts and unlimited career options.
