We build access to resources in differentiated, groundbreaking and system-altering ways, then equitably distribute the value resulting from engagement and improved life outcomes to community members to motivate desired results and to create financial sustainability. To achieve this, we developed Blueprint for Equity, a model to ignite engagement and power personal transformation in health, wealth, knowledge and social justice. This model is built on this foundational principle – Drive Engagement Through Trusted Community Partners like faith-based and nonprofit organizations.
