PARADISE GARDEN ANIMAL HAVEN HAS BECOME A SANCTUARY 2024 has been a year of big changes at Paradise Garden Animal Haven. After 19 years, and over 22,000 spays and neuters, our spay/neuter program has come to an end. We’re proud of our accomplishments, including bringing in over $250,000.00 in spay/neuter grants to help area residents responsibly care for their pets, and the feral cats that they support. Please contact us for a list of other local organizations that offer spay/neuter programs. We also no longer offer intake and adoption services. Over the years, we took in and found homes for 1000's of dogs and cats. We have now become a sanctuary for the many older cats that were never adopted and call Paradise Garden Animal Haven their home. This is a natural result of being a no-kill shelter. From our inception in 2002, we have been a leader for the no-kill movement. To this end, we have tirelessly promoted affordable spay/neuter, and we have helped countless people with vaccinations, wellness programs and support through our community foodbank. The cats that were passed over for adoption, through no fault of their own, are the inevitable outcome of our no-kill philosophy. We’re happy to be able to provide them with the home, love and medical care that they deserve.
