TBF began in 1995 under the leadership of Tony Brock a United States Professional Tennis Association Coaching Professional. The goal of TBF is to give youth who may not have a tennis court in their neighborhood opportunities to learn and play tennis. Our first year 1996 the foundation provided over thirty students in our summer tennis program at Forest Park Tennis Courts.
