House of Hope Mississippi
Our mission at House ofHope Mississippi is to rescue hurting teenagers from the destructive forcesinvading the streets and destroying families. At House of Hope, young people ages 13-17 learn to overcomenegative influences that once threatened their lives. The average residential stay will be 8 months to 18months. Through education, Christiancounseling, and spiritual guidance, administered in a loving, home-styleenvironment, efforts are made to heal the hurts of the teen, as well as theirfamily, and where possible, to affect family reconciliation. House of Hope is a faith ministryrelying solely on support from generous individuals and organizations with aheart for hurting teens. House ofHope accepts no federal, state or local government aid. For long-term residential treatment, itis necessary to maintain a sliding financial scale based on the family’s incomeand circumstances. No one is everturned away because of a lack of financial ability.
