CTN is an independent 501(c) (3) organization with a mission to provide leadership, vision, information and support to enhance cultural trade between the U.S. and Japan. CTN designs and presents exemplary arts and cultural programs in the U.S. and Japan. U.S. / Japan Cultural Trade Network cultivates and promotes creativity, collective wisdom, resilience, sustainability and equity across communities in Japan and the U.S. with an emphasis on the San Francisco Bay Area. By designing and implementing arts and cultural programs, we achieve our vision through intercultural collaborations and dialogues, centering underrepresented voices and stories from the diverse peoples we serve.
