Debs Dogs About Us Debsdogs is an all volunteer 501c3 non profit organization. We rely on donations to provide vet care and supplies for our rescue animals. We have been rescuing animals in the Allen County area since 2008. Debsdogs rescues the stray sick and injured animals in the area.
