Concern Foundation provides critical funding to postdoctoral cancer researchers focused primarily on cancer genetics cell biology and immunology for all forms of cancer prevention and treatment. 🧠May is Brain Cancer Awareness Month which is a time to shed light on one of the most challenging and aggressive forms of cancer. Brain and nervous system cancers affect people of all ages, but they are especially devastating in children, where they are the leading cause of cancer-related death. Despite advances in research and treatment, survival rates for aggressive forms like glioblastoma remain low, with fewer than 10% of patients surviving beyond 5 years.
