ICCF received recognition at Project GREEN’s inaugural Emerald City Gala for our rent reporting program. What is “rent reporting”? Neighbors who rent are making the same consistent payments as mortgage owners, but they often don't receive any credit benefits. Our optional rent reporting program with Project GREEN helps residents improve their credit scores by having ICCF report their rent payments. This is one way we can help renters move towards their goals of homeownership. Pictured below is our VP of Housing and Family Services, Berniz Constanza Terpstra, accepting on our behalf. (fb)
