Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Transitional Program The transitional housing and recovery housing programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of women and men who maintain a period of sobriety and to assist with their mental health and substance use needs. These programs are found at the Floyd Simental and Pickaway county clinic.
