More than 50000 people attend the fourday free event in downtown WilkesBarre. Backtoback performances exciting exhibits and a delicious array of ethnic foods ensure a steady flow of people from the Northeast to your booth. Eligibility The FAF is open to all artists and craftspeople 18 years of age and older who create original work.
