Wir haben geöffnet! 🥳 We’re happy to announce that the electricity to the building was restored yesterday evening and we will be ready to serve you at 4:00pm today! The Biergarten reopening will take place with a slight menu change. Instead of burgers and brats cooked on the grill, we will be having a special menu for your dining pleasure served out of the kitchen. Along with our traditional Bratwurst sandwich, we’ll have Weisswurst sandwiches as well as Currywurst. Currywurst is sliced wurst over French fries, smothered in curry sauce imported from Germany. Chicken strips with fries and Potato Pancakes are available as well. The menu will be served in both the Ratskeller and Biergarten. Beginning at 6:00pm, the Dorfners will be playing traditional German songs in the Biergarten until 9:00pm. All are welcome to join in the singing. If you’re not into sitting out in the great outdoors yet, why not get three of your smartest friends and form a trivia team? Jeff Mikula will be in the Ratskeller at 7:00pm for Trivia Night. A prize goes to the winning. A team is limited to a maximum of four individuals per team. (fb)
