New WISCAP Homepage - WISCAP Wisconsins Poverty Fighting Network NOTICE Jan. 29 2025 The WISCAP Board of Directors and Leadership met for an emergency meeting on Tuesday January 28to discuss the current administrations freeze on all federal grants and loans. As of right now no member agency programs or services have been affected by this freeze. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep our network updated as needed.
