Recently, the City of Mobile, AL, department leaders came together for an internal tabletop exercise to plan for and respond to a mock disaster as part of a larger effort to create a comprehensive Emergency Action Plan across every department in the city. SBP's Resilience Fellow, Madeleine Dotson, who helped organize the tabletop exercise, is playing a pivotal role in enhancing Mobile's response capabilities and helping to develop a robust disaster recovery plan.
